Day one is an overview of Robert Kiyosaki's, Rich Dad, Poor Dad concept followed by:

• how to overview any property market anywhere
• the 14 sources of property used by experts
• the 14 things to look for in any property and the 14 things to avoid
• how to compile an income strategy

 .............. followed by playing the cash flow 101 game

Day two is looking at different property strategies - income and capital, no money downs, lease options and then a bit of strategic planning

Day Three we play Cashflow 101 again and also cover business planning and tax for the property investor, deal analysis and power teams.
